First time user?
If you do not have User ID to access Citi Mobile App, please follow these steps:
1. Press “Register” on Citi Mobile
2. Provide card number, personal information and enter One-Time PIN (OTP)
(OTP will only be sent to your registered mobile number)
3. Create User ID and Password
4. Set up ATM PIN to complete the registration process
Notice: User ID is a single point of access and one ID can be used on both Citibank Online and Citi Mobile Application.
