3-2-1-sail is a start timer for sailing races.
It counts down to the start of a race using selectable race start sequences. As key signal times are approached, audible and visual cues alert race officials or competitors. The time display counts down as the race start approaches and then up once the race has started. Once the race has started, 3-2-1-sail continues to monitor the race elapsed time and assists with recording the finish times of competitors.

- 5 minute (10, 5, 1, 0)
- 3 minute (6, 3, 1, 0)
- 1 minute (3, 2, 1, 0)
- Start, Stop, Reset and Sync functions.
- Audible and visual cues for each start signal.
- Race elapsed time in HH:MM:SS and seconds only
- Hold button to temporarily freeze readout for accurate recording
- Optional lead in to ensure first signal is timed accurately
- Information messages to keep users informed of progress
