The Sign in Forms App allows users to quickly customize up to 6 separate customized Sign In Sheets to be used at the same time on a single iPad or iPhone instead of paper sign in sheets. Not only you get a powerful app for free, but all the captured data is securely available on www.signinsheets.org for free also.
The mobile app has limited customization features, to get the most customization tools, you must log in your account on a web browser. The app requires internet connection, as all the sign in data is submitted to our secure server. No data is stored on the device.
