SpareChange is an app that connects individual players who want to play on a team sport, and for teams who are looking for spare players, with the potential to become full-time.
The app works by creating a login user, either as a team or as an individual player. When a user is created and has logged in, tap the top-right icon to create a game. The user will then choose a date, save, and from there, the home page will appear with a map present with other potential users as pings. If a user signs in and there’s a game already created, the user will be directed straight to the home page with the most recent game on the map. If there are multiple games, the header ‘Available Games’ with a dropdown will be there for the user to choose from. The user will tap on any ping located on the map and the other party’s contact information will appear below. The user will then have the ability to call/text the other party. When the next day arrives, the created games from yesterday (and older) will be automatically removed.
Within the home page, at the bottom, a ‘Contact Us’ link will be available for users to email.
