2. Receive feedback from your provider.
3. Schedule appointments.
4. Complete and upload forms related to your care.
In order to access the secure messaging portal, you will need to register for an account. Worksite Health & Wellness providers work onsite with your employer to provide physical therapy services. Your onsite provider or human resource representative will have more information on how to access the registration page.
