The Pharmacy Visit Reports (PVR) is a tool used by the Franchise Support Managers during their store visits at pharmacies, which occur approximately every 6 weeks depending on the cycle.
The PVRs ensure that the important messages from the Franchise Support Office are getting to stores, as well as reporting on the findings in-store and the creation of an action plan for the store.
