Wellness isn’t achieved all at once, it’s an incredible journey that happens one small step at a time. littleglow is here to help you along that journey by giving you 5 fun everyday wellness activities—or Pops of Positivity—every week.
Each Pop will be a daily activity designed to help cultivate your personal wellness by focusing on your mind, body, or spirit, each category equally balanced to create a holistic understanding of wellness.
You can choose to immediately complete Pops, or save them for later. As you complete Pops your Glow Level will rise, and you’ll unlock wellness achievements in each category. For example, you can unlock the achievement of Brainiac by completing mind Pops, Mega Mover for body Pops, and Guru for spirit Pops.
