Our personal training application makes fitness training simple and easy to follow.
This app is designed for athletes that are training with Elite Fitness Institute to make training easy and simple to follow. Elite Fitness Institute offers training programs that can be performed and undertaken by any gender and anyone aged from 9. We strongly believe that habits are formed at a young age and once you have a habit of doing sport it will stay with you for life.
Whether you are trying to lose weight, become stronger and fitter, feel healthier or prepare for a competition, this is the application is for you. The in-app messages and notifications from your EFI team will help keep you motivated and on track. You’ll always know what you need to do and when you need to train.
