WorryTree helps you take control of worry wherever you are.
It takes you through a series of steps once you've noticed that you're worrying about something. It’ll help you to ask yourself:
What are you worrying about right now?
And, is this a worry that I can do something about?
WorryTree will then help you move on with your day, either by making an action plan to solve the problem or by helping you to find ways to distract yourself from your worrying thoughts. WorryTree also lets you customise which distractions work best for you, as well as categorise your worries so you can see patterns over time. You can even set reminders so that you can take positive steps to deal with your worry later on if that’s what you need.
WorryTree is designed to work alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a professional therapist. However, WorryTree can also help people who suffer from mild anxiety and negative thought patterns and who want to help train their brains to problem solve their worries rather than dwell on them.
